An Esther Call to our Nation

For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father's house will perish.
Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?

Aligning with God's intent and history that in Spring kings go to war (2 Samuel 11:1, 1 Kings 20:22-26; ), the trumpet is now sounding over California for America. The enemy has crossed the line with flood of legislation opposing Christian values and constitutional rights. In response, we will be holding an "Unleashed: Prayer and Action Summit," May 12-14 in Bakersfield, CA. We are writing to share with you a bit of history behind this gathering. As many are new, we have not had the opportunity to share our testimony or story with you. We hope this gives you a backbone and revelation for why this meeting, why now, why Bakersfield, why California and why the USA.

America is in a crucible of time that must be apprehended as God converges history with His time and purpose. If we can break through the revelation of the import of the hour and purpose historically, and prophetically, we just may be hitting a timing of the Lord for breakthrough for a turning of our nation back to its righteous foundations. We hope this helps lend credence and understanding to the call for this gathering.

This just scratches the surface but hopefully relays a history in a timeline that you can follow:

If we are going to see a turning for the nation, CA carries a key. Prophets have said that they doubt America can turn if CA does not. If CA turns, the nation's eyes will open. We believe Bakersfield carries a significant key and this gathering carries a weight in helping crack that door. Why?

Why America?
America was destined to be a missionary nation to influence the other nations for Christ. More missionaries have come out of America than any other nation. Even though we are in the end times and fast approaching the Great Tribulation, we do not believe that God's purpose for America has been completed. We believe that there is a great outpouring coming to America in the days ahead that we have not yet seen. The result of this outpouring in America will be an unprecedented move of God in the nations that will help set the stage for the second coming of Christ.

Here is some early American history that sets a foundation for God's plan for America:

Prophetic declaration over America: October 12, 1565 Jean Ribault, a French Huguenot, whose ship was wrecked in a hurricane made it to shore with 150 of his men only to meet Spanish conquistadors. He spoke Psalm 132 over America before being impaled by the conquistadors along with most all of the company who made it to shore. A couple of the men escaped to bring the story back to France so we know what happened.
- Psalm 132 speaks to the call of the night watch, v. 1-5. The USA Watch is taking up that call with prayer calls daily across the USA to end the 4th watch 5-6am (see history below).
- Ps 132:17 "There I will make the horn of David grow." The Global Watch is an expression of v.17 as is the HOP movement largely sparked through IHOPKC. Also, Jamie Fitt, founder of the Philadelphia Tabernacle of David, will be coming to lead worship. He has a powerful worship anointing. We have held several gatherings with him and the heavens have broken open. His knowledge of music is incredible and we have found his teaching to his team amazing, sound music theory that leads people into the "song of the Lord," and spontaneous singing, particularly of scripture.
Pilgrims landing: 55 years after this martyrdom, the Pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock. They were an "ekklesia" movement out of England seeking to establish a biblically based colony.
- Dean Briggs will be coming as a speaker Thursday, May 12, 7pm. He is author of "Ekklesia Rising" and has powerful insights as to what that means today for the church.
- William Brewster is credited as writing the Mayflower Compact. The Compact laid the foundations and vision for the Plymouth community and for what would become the Declaration of Independence. Susan and her siblings are 12th generation descendants from William Brewster.
Healing of Chief Massasoit, Plymouth Rock, Mass: (A little known story of the Pilgrims) During the first brutal winter, the Pilgrims heard the chief Massasoit, leader or the Wampanoag confederacy, had fallen ill and was on his death bed. Several of the Pilgrims decided to traverse 40 miles into the wilderness to minister to him. They found the chief and ministered to him. The chief recovered.
- We believe there is a healing well to arise in America and in particular Bakersfield that is yet untapped. We have personally witnessed and experienced it.
- Rick and Lori Taylor, founders of the Santa Maria Healing Rooms Apostolic Center, who are internationally known for their healing ministry, will be coming to impart a healing focus.

Why Bakersfield? Some history leading up to this summit: The enemy has in many ways tried to defile its name through media, however, hidden in its halls are the following:

The USA Watch was birthed in Bakersfield, CA, in a gathering July 16-17th, 2015 at the "Trumpet Call: West Coast". This call to prayer was incited by a severe drought. By the end of the gathering, a massive thunderstorm hit the West Coast. Such rain in July is unheard of. As rain broke open in the news, the word spread quickly and people on-boarded to join the USA Watch. It now includes all mainland time zones and has been the footstool for the emergence of the Global Watch that now includes approximately 120 nations.
Bakersfield is known as a servant city and for humility. Largely derided by press and publicity (Johnny Carson), the world has been blinded to what God is doing and kept the area in a place of humility. Things are started and produced in Bakersfield that serve the rest of the world.
Military/Space: Edwards Air Force Base: “It is the home of the Air Force Test Center, Air Force Test Pilot School, and NASA's Armstrong Flight Research Center. It is the Air Force Materiel Command center for conducting and supporting research and development of flight, as well as testing and evaluating aerospace systems from concept to combat.”
Agriculture: “Mike Yurosek and his son David promoted the baby carrot in the early 1980s in Bakersfield, California through their Bunny Luv produce company. Major carrot companies followed their lead, and the baby carrot is now one of the industry's top sellers.” Over 2/3 of all carrots sold today are baby carrots. Kern County (Bakersfield) is the second most productive food producing county in the World.
Production of Energy: Kern County (Bakersfield) produces 53% of the renewable energy (wind and solar) in California. It produces 70% of the oil and gas energy in California.
Almonds: California produces 80% of the world’s almonds, and 100% of the commercial supply of almonds. It is also California’s most valuable export crop. 3.2 billion pounds of almonds were produced in California in 2021, up from 700 million pounds in 2000. (Wikipedia). In California, Kern County was the #2 producer of almonds of counties in the state, very close to Fresno County, which was the top producer.
Innovation and Service: City Serve This is a non-profit organization that was founded in Bakersfield in 2015, Wendell Vinson, Senior Pastor of Canyon Hills Church, is one of the co-founders. Bakersfield is slated to be the national headquarters of this company. Mission: “City Serve trains, equips, and mobilizes the local church to live out the Gospel of Jesus Christ in its community through compassion” There are 10 compassion initiatives that City Serve focuses on to create true community transformation based on Isaiah 58. They are: The Hungry, The Widow, The Orphan, The Poor, The Addicted, The Prisoner, The Vulnerable, The Exploited, The Unreached, and The Nation of Israel. Currently, City Serve distributes over $100 million dollars worth of goods per year to families in several regions of the United States through the local church, with projections to distribute up to $500 million per year within the next 5 years.
Some personal history:

October 2000, Susan had fallen ill with Valley Fever. Having come out of some massive warfare, in the previous two years, it was like the last straw. In desperation, she "took hold of the horns of the altar" and would not let go until there was an answer. God broke through with a life-changing open vision. He set her on the streets of New York where she saw two towers explode and collapse into a heap of rubble, steel frames. Out of the clear blue sky, a giant pair of hands came down, picked up the rubble and when it opened, it was Big Ben. Below is a replica of the open vision.
There was a massive shift in the spiritual atmosphere as the peace of God came in. The pain from the valley fever began to lift, and within a couple of months, she was off all medications. Within a couple of weeks, the Lord showed her 2 Kings 11, and how the "Watch" changed the course of Israel and saved the lineage of David, for the future coming of the Messiah. We didn't know it at the time, but this was the beginning of the birth of the Global Watch. Big Ben is an icon of global time.
9 months later 9/11/2001 happened. The Haftarah portions read in synagogues around the world that day were Isaiah 61:10-63:9. This includes the call for the watchmen Is 62:4-7. The Torah portions were Deut 29:9-30:20 and God's covenant with Israel on the plains of Moab before they go into the promised land. These Scriptures portend what God was saying to the church in this hour of destruction.

The USA Watch was birthed out of a gathering we held at Canyon Hills Church, Bakersfield, CA, "Trumpet Call West Coast", July 17-18 2015. Within hours of the gathering rain pelted the west coast and began to break a drought. Such rain in July is unheard of. As rain broke open in the news, the word spread quickly and people on-boarded to join the USA Watch. It now includes all mainland time zones and has been the footstool for the emergence of the Global Watch that now includes approximately 120 nations.

In 2006 construction began of a replica of "Big Ben" that is now erected over Mecca's most holy site. It points to the end-time war. The USA and Global Watch carry an end-time call to train and equip people in the biblical end-time narrative. We have journey sessions weekly focused on helping people understand the biblical narrative.

November 2014: After a meeting of prayer leaders from across the state of CA in Bakersfield and agreement was established to re-birth the vision for a California Prayer Watch, Fred and Sue went out on a Sunday morning prayer drive and encountered this pillar of fire:

9 months later, August, 2015, Susan spoke out the vision for the Global Watch for the first time at a meeting at All Nations Christian College in UK. The Presence of God fell on the meeting as people rallied to the vision. That day Big Ben ticked ahead 7 seconds. August, 2017, First meeting of the Global Watch community in Herrnhut, Germany. Lightning struck "God's Acre" where many of the famous moravian missionaries are buried. The strike was 2 hours before the gathering and it shook the entire village. Nothing like that had happened before by history from the locals. We really sensed it was God's sign. What transpired was a massive power encounter that led to an all night travail a couple days into the Summit. During that time, a storm struck Europe that shut down half of the airports. By Wednesday of that week, the storm had dissipated, the peace of God settled in and a rainbow appeared in the sky.
- The connection with Herrnhut: Known as the 2nd Pentecost, the Spirit of the Lord poured out on the community in 1727 launching over 100 years of 24/7 prayer (that is 7 generations). It is also known as the birthplace of the modern missions movement. Moravians were known for their worship and from the movement 1000's of new hymns were released. We will be holding a Summit "Until" July 29-August 5th after a two-year hiatus due to COVID. This will be the 295 year anniversary of the outpouring.
- In the process of developing the Global Watch, we discovered the Rowe (Rauh) family hosted Count von Zinzendorf, the father of Herrnhut, in the 1740's when he came to America. In their settlement at Shekomeko, NY, the first Native American Christian church was established in America. The Rowe family is in Zinzendorf's diary. On Johannes Rauh's grave in NY it says, "Friend of the Indians, friend of the missionaries." His daughter Jeannette knew the Native American language and married one of Zinzendorf's leaders and traveled with them as many native Americans were reached for the Lord. It did not come without tremendous persecution.

Summary:
We believe we are in a significant Esther 4:14 convergence of God's time and purpose. We are sending this testimony, as we cannot remain silent. We are trying to point to a purpose of God and pray this will open channels of understanding. It is an all hands on deck call!
